Commercial Cash Management Operations Manager

As the Commercial Cash Management Operations Manager, this position provides the leadership, subject matter expertise and best in class support to our internal and external customers on cash management products, services and solutions. This position is primarily focused on commercial online banking and remote deposit capture products, customer implementations and operational support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership and subject matter expertise in support of the Commercial Cash Management Operations team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team. 
  • Act as liaison between Business Development Officers, Deposit Operations teams, Relationship Managers, and third party vendors for new commercial customer Cash Management implementations.
  • At the request of sales officers, participate in Commercial Cash Management product demonstrations to prospects. 
  • Actively manage the successful onboarding of Commercial Cash Management customers, including training customers on the use of NCB’s Cash Management products via telephone, remote
    computer access or in person.
  • Assist Commercial Cash Management team members, and take the lead when necessary, to troubleshoot complex urgent customer issues. 
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows. Provide accurate and timely periodic reporting.
  • Perform ongoing management responsibilities, including coaching, training and guidance, performance reviews, departmental goal setting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 10+ years Financial Services experience
  • 7+ years Managerial experience
  • Cash Management product delivery experience
  • Payments industry knowledge
  • Bank Operations Experience
  • Management Experience
  • Knowledge of Commercial Cash Management products and services
  • Knowledge of Payments Industry
  • Knowledge of Property Management Industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite– advanced Excel skills
