Hillsboro, Ohio (March 22, 2010) — NCB, FSB a federally chartered savings bank and leading community bank in southwestern Ohio, has named Linda Conrad as Customer Service Manager of Loan Serving for NCB’s Hillsboro, Ohio location.

As NCB’s Customer Service Manager, Ms. Conrad will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Banks’ Loan Servicing Customer Service Department ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to our valued customers.
Ms. Conrad has been with NCB for over 9 years. She is originally from Kentucky, but has been a resident of Hillsboro for the past 36 years. Ms. Conrad resides in Hillsboro with her husband Steve. Ms. Conrad has one daughter, one-step son, an eight-year-old grandson, and a five month old granddaughter.
