In her role, Ms. Molaroni-Andersen will lead NCB’s Corporate Finance function and develop an integrated framework that aligns strategic financial planning, capital and liquidity management, and performance governance across the organization.
Ms. Molaroni-Andersen brings more than 30 years of treasury and finance experience to NCB. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Treasury at Affirm, Inc. Previously, she was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Blackboard, Inc, and Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Fannie Mae.

Ms. Molaroni-Andersen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Hispanic Studies from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Troy State University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and is a member of the AI Finance Club.
