National Cooperative Bank Promotes Harley Seligman to Senior Vice President

New York, NY (July 31, 2018) – National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading lender to cooperative housing throughout the Tri-State area, is pleased to announce that Harley Seligman has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

“Harley has been a highly productive lender and is a great asset to the New York Team,” said Edward Howe III, managing director of NCB’s New York office. “Harley’s extensive industry knowledge and dedication to serving cooperative customers has been a valuable contribution to the bank and we are very grateful to have him on our team.”

Mr. Seligman joined National Cooperative Bank in June 2014 as a lender to New-York area cooperatives and condominium associations. Since 2014, Mr. Seligman has originated 358 loans to housing cooperatives and HOAS in the tri-state area totaling $432 million.

Mr. Seligman holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
