National Cooperative Bank Reports $1.4 Billion in New Loan Originations for 2025

Arlington, VA (January 13, 2026) National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution dedicated to serving cooperatives, their members, and socially responsible organizations nationwide, reported $1.4 billion in new loan originations in 2025.

NCB’s Real Estate Line of Business originated $839.4 million in financing to support housing cooperatives, community associations, and other commercial real estate projects across the country.

The Bank’s Retail team originated $149 million in loans for individual unit owners nationwide.

NCB’s Commercial Lines of Business originated $100 million in financing for cooperative organizations, small businesses, and credit unions throughout the United States.

Additionally, NCB’s Renewable Energy Line of Business originated $339.7 million in financing for commercial and community solar projects nationwide, reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to sustainability and clean energy initiatives.
