With over 20 years of banking experience and a focused expertise in healthcare finance, Mr. Taylor will spearhead NCB’s efforts to support Federally Qualified Health Clinics and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations nationwide. His leadership is expected to enhance NCB’s mission to expand access to affordable healthcare across the country.

Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Louisville and earned his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
