Jan Garvey Joins National Cooperative Bank as Head of Treasury Product Management

Arlington, VA (October 02, 2025) — National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution dedicated to serving cooperatives, their members, and socially responsible organizations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Garvey as Head of Treasury Product Management. 

Ms. Garvey brings more than 25 years of experience in banking, with deep expertise in treasury services and product management. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading NCB’s treasury product strategy—focusing on delivering innovative, competitive and reliable solutions that support the bank’s mission and meet the diverse needs of its customer base.

Prior to joining NCB, Ms. Garvey served as Director, Head of Product Strategy and Go-To-Market at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), where she played a key role in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market execution across a broad suite of treasury solutions.

Ms. Garvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.
