Arlington, VA (July 31, 2026) — National Consumer Cooperative Bank (NCB), the holding company of National Cooperative Bank, N.A., announces the issuance of a $44.79 million patronage refund to 1,636 cooperative stockholders nationwide, including $2.45 million distributed in cash.
As a cooperative financial institution, NCB issued the patronage refund on July 27, 2026, in the form of cash and additional stock, as determined by its Board of Directors. The patronage refund reflects NCB's cooperative structure and reinforces the value of ownership for its cooperative stockholders. Eligible recipients are stockholders who paid interest and/or fees on a patronage basis during 2025.
