Arlington, VA (June 25, 2026) — National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution serving cooperatives, their members, and socially responsible organizations nationwide, is proud to announce it has been named a Top Workplace in the Washington, D.C. area for 2026.
The recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
Now in its 13th year, the Washington, D.C. Top Workplaces program honors the region’s best employers. This year marks the program’s first partnership with WTOP News.
“Being named a Top Workplace is a meaningful accomplishment for our organization,” said Leslie Branson, Chief Human Resource Officer at National Cooperative Bank. “Our employees are NCB’s greatest asset, and I’m proud that they value both the work they do and our culture. As a socially responsible financial institution, inclusion, collaboration, impact, and community remain at the heart of our mission.”
