NCB Awarded as Top Workplace

Hillsboro, OH (June 1, 2026) – National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading provider of financial services to Southern Ohio and cooperatives nationwide, was recognized as #8 at the 2026 Cincinnati Top Workplaces event on May 20, 2026. The Enquirer Media recognized 127 employers as Cincinnati Top Workplaces for 2026.

For the 17th year, The Enquirer and Cincinnati.com partnered with Philadelphia-based Energage, an employee research and culture technology firm, to determine the winners. Rankings were based solely on employee survey feedback, analyzed using Energage’s objective criteria.

Energage conducts these surveys for media partners across metropolitan areas throughout the United States. Any organization—public, private, nonprofit, or government—with 50 or more employees was eligible to participate.
