Leevers Supermarkets, an employee-owned retail grocery store with 21 locations, recently opened Locavore, which focuses on local, sustainable and organic options to the meet the needs of the neighborhood.
In addition to carrying local food, the store offers shoppers several local food service counters serving coffee, breakfast sandwiches, pizza and sushi; and a bar where shoppers can order wine or Colorado beer to sip as they shop.
