Effective Monday, March 23, 2020, NCB will temporarily close the branch lobby to foot traffic. The drive-thru will remain open and in-person appointments may be made by calling (937) 393-4246. Our drive-thru hours are: 8:30 am-6:00 pm Monday – Friday and 8:30 am-2:00 pm on Saturday.
We encourage consumers to utilize online banking and NCB's mobile banking services.
NCB is operating with no customer disruption. Staff is available Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. Like many of you, most of our staff is working remotely and we are taking advantage of our digital infrastructure to help limit in-person meetings.
